I also don't just 'talk the talk'...

I've been a 'runner' since high school, but didn't get into longer distances until my late 20s. I fell in love with the sport of running, the challenge, as well as the whole running and endurance sport community. That's evolved to include trail running, cycling, and hiking, plus I love trying out new forms of movement whenever I can, including stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, climbing, etc.

In the past 12 years, I have run 24 half marathons, 1 full marathon, 2 triathlons, 1 century (100 mile bike), as well as several Burning River 100 trail relays, countless 5ks, etc.  I'm currently working on completing '50 half marathons before I turn 50' and a race (of some form) in every state.

- I don't share this to brag, just to share that I'm happy to say I've remained injury-free (other than minor aches and pains) through all the training and racing with a combination of yoga, massage, and other regular bodywork.

And when I'm not running, practicing yoga or working with massage clients, I'm a mom of two young very active boys. I love gardening, taking road trips, camping and visiting craft breweries.
