Treatment Options
All massage therapy session types are listed as 'Therapeutic Massage' because that what massage is - therapy. Every session is customized to your unique needs and wellness goals. We incorporate a variety of techniques and tools available, integrating Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques, Myofascial release, trigger point release, positional release, assisted stretching, and more.
Since every session is customized, pricing is 'all-inclusive' - there are no extra charges for specific massage techniques, deeper pressure, or the use of tools.
Single Sessions
60-Minute Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage involves focused work on your body’s soft tissue and its restrictions. With an hour session, we will focus on a specific problem and it's associated areas, or provide general tension relief throughout the body. Every session is customized to relieve pain, reduce stress, and move you forward in your wellness goals.

90-Minute Therapeutic Massage
With the longer length of time we will be able to complete a full body massage while still focusing on areas of concern. Incorporating deep-tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, positional release, or assisted stretching, and may include using cupping, blading or vibration tool work.

Monthly Treatments
Set yourself up for wellness success with one recurring monthly massage session(s) and save $10. A great option for those who have a physically demanding job, who are under on-going stress, or who participate in regular exercise. Regular massage sessions will give you the maximum benefit of therapeutic work to have you moving freely without pain.
Your monthly massage 'subscription' includes:
- credit for one 60- or 90-minute therapeutic massage session
- if needed, book an additional session in a month for 15% off standard session rate

Booking & Policies
Scheduling
Book online, call, or text. New client intake paperwork is paperless, you will receive via email to fill out prior to your session. Existing clients, please let us know of any health changes in your appointment notes.
Office / Location
The office is located in the Rosewood Building at Detroit Ave and Westwood Ave in Lakewood. Free parking is available in the lot behind the Rosewood Building or there are metered spots along the street. You will enter the double glass doors on the Westwood Ave side of the building, the office is on the second floor. Be sure to read your confirmation email for the door entry code.
Payment
A credit card is required to schedule an appointment for new clients. I can accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, HSA/FSA card, or cash, processed at the time of session.
All treatments are subject to 8% sales tax. **If you have a referral letter from a physician (PCP, PT, or Chiro) prescribing massage therapy, sales tax will be waived. Please bring a copy of this prescription with you to your appointment.
I do not accept insurance. Consult with your health insurance company if your policy has coverage for massage/alternate therapies that you can submit for reimbursement, I can provide copies of treatment receipts for you.
Late Policy
If you are running late for an appointment, please contact me. If you arrive late, you will receive whatever time is left of your session, however you will still be charged the full amount of session.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointment within the 24-hour window may result in a $25 charge of the scheduled treatment with the credit card on file. *However, I will not charge a cancellation fee if it is due to illness or an emergency. Any prepaid sessions will remain as a credit on your account for future use.
